My GP put me on medication for depression which made me even more depressed. She referred me to Dr Tearnan whom I've seen for 6 weeks now. he helped me recognize why i was depressed, tackle my negative thoughts, change my attitude and beliefs! It s a day-by-day process, but i'm so much better and no longer popping pills. He is my guide and mentor. I highly recommend him and his treatment modal! Sue
