Wonderful, hard working and caring office personnel. Impressive care for each patient and their specific needs given from each office staff. Attentive to waiting time, always concerned if needs were properly attended to, and efficient in handling office procedures, this clean medical office deserves to be noted for their superb customer services!
Doctors listen with care, understand patient needs and diligently work to assess and aid with the healing process. Everyone was knowledgeable and/or willing to guide each person to receive requested services or answers to their questions.
We received top-notch assistance from the moment we stepped into the office and the utmost attentive care while getting our vitals checked, seeing the doctor, and even through waiting for our paperwork at the end of our visit. Even just observing the office procedures in the waiting room, this office clearly showed distinguished care for their patients. Highly recommended as one of the best in Anaheim!
