My a/c went down right as the first summer hot day was setting in. I called several companies but Thorsen's seemed like the most professional. The office staff scheduled me and let me know that it was a very busy day but would make sure and get someone out to me. I was happy to actually talk to a calm voice on the phone rather than feel like I was interrupting someone actually performing work to take my call. They came out- checked my freon levels and got the cool air blowing again. I was so grateful! Highly recommend this professional and reputable company.
