Thank you so much for the help that I received today from your company. I was stung by a yellowjacket wasp this morning in my dressing room. I then saw a few dead ones by my window and when I went into my walk in closet, there were at least 50 wasps flying around there. Suffice it to say, I totally freaked out. I am a real estate attorney and called the company that I usually refer my clients to for termite issues, etc. but they couldn?t get anyone out here today. I called your company and the woman on the phone immediately calmed me down and said that she would have someone to my house within an hour and told me that the gentleman who was coming would be Howard. The fee she quoted was I thought incredibly reasonable, considering that it was a Saturday, on such short notice and especially since I have never been a customer of your company. Within a half hour, Howard was here, he came in, told me not to worry, that he would take care of the problem and went to investigate. He found the source of the problem, took care of it and even expressed his concern that my dogs be safe from getting stung. He was professional, courteous and I feel that my house is safe again. Suffice it to say, I will be referring my clients to your company from now on..
