Review content:
today waited for a cab they said 15 minutes, cab never came 40 minutes later still no cab. Called service said they were there and called me. I asked for phone number they called, she couldn't find it and said ummm,is the phone number your calling from...she lied. then when I asked to reissue a cab, going to be half hour or less so 30 minutes later still no cab. Called see what was going on, are they on their way, "no they are not, but they will be" with an attitude. This is only the second time i have taken a cab and dispatch service is HORRIBLE. Called Green taxi and here and 10 minutes.
