I made an appointment with several days' notice for a demonstration of the Hylander Hybrid. When I arrived for my visit, they were unable to provide a demonstration, and had no interest in talking with me further (no one offered to reschedule when they would be able to help me; no one tried to collect contact information in order to follow up, etc.) I am a professional female in my 40's and had provided sufficient identifying information in advance that they could have already researched my buying power. They were indifferent at best, and just let me drive away. I drove right to Toyota West with no appointment, met an extremely helpful salesperson right off the lot, and closed the deal for a fully loaded car within a couple of hours. I will not return, and I will share my experience widely.
