I really enjoyed my experience at Bay Cities. I found the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. The doctors really care about what they are doing. Over the course of a week (while my beloved spooki was there) we spoke to 2 different Vets. They never rushed me and were patient with all our questions. This was our 3rd vet and our 3rd opinion. Boy are we (spooki included) happy we found such a caring facility!
