Review content:
Floor Coverings International replaced the old wall-to-wall carpets in the upstairs portion of my home. The people that lived in my house in the sixties had commercial tile glued to the wood floors which ruined them; and then they had carpeting placed on top of that, which was about thirty years old. I met with Johnathon to replace the carpeting. He spent the time to understand what I wanted, what my needs were, to set a price, and to show me different samples. He had a guy who handled the subcontracting for him that brought in a family that supervised all the work. They did a very nice job of pulling up the old carpet, disposing of it, and installing the new one. I had no complaints, and the end result was good. One of my cats had an accident on the new carpet, but it cleaned up very nicely. Johnathon called me afterwards with the warranty information, and to followup and make sure I was happy.
