Mr Jerry Wagner is a true professional. When it was time for my service call on both of my AC/Heat pump units, I was told that I would have another technician since Mr. Wagner was recently promoted. I requested and got Mr. Wagner to come out and service my Units. As usual he did an outstanding job with the 25 Point Inspection of the entire AC/Heat pump system in my home. My only concern is that my system is relatively new and on the work sheet it is listed as "Good" for the condition of both units. Other than that. Kellam has been servicing my home system for the past 13 years and I am pleased with the service and the professionalism of Mr. Wagner.
