Just wanted to let everyone know how pleased I am about Air America and their work force. Joe Nicolosi sold me a trane AC and Doug and Mark installed it. The house is freezing and I am a cool customer . Joe was so knowledgeable in handling my questions because i am an average consumer who was full of fear.\r

Most of the fear was put in my head by Joe?s competitors who told me how tough this installation would be because of the stand on my roof. As soon as Doug and Mark arrived they told me not to worry and that it would be a relatively seamless transition from taking my old Heil off the roof and installing my new Trane.\r

They made it look easy although I was nervous watching the crane maneuver. Go with Air America. These guys are pros.\r
