Review content:
We had just moved into our house when a sewer main backed up underneath it, flooding our toilets and tubs, and we didn't have any contacts as far as servicepeople. We contacted Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, and Air after struggling to deal with our home warranty company, they sent out several people but would not allow them to actually fix the problem. The man who came out from Dipple was so concerned for us and saw what the problem was. He went way beyond the call to help. He understood I had to go through the home warranty, and called me five times on his own time to follow up with me. He gave me information that I was able to use to effectively argue with the home protection plan to the point where they agreed to pay $500 of the repair. If he hadn't been so helpful I'm not sure they would have paid for it. After five days of having no plumbing, he went ahead to scheduled the work for Monday morning, and I was able to get the warranty company to agree late on Friday to pay for part of the work. He was genuinely concerned, and you don't find that very often. I was totally impressed. I don't remember his name, but he was so impressive and I want him to get some recognition.
