Businiess name:  Banner Fuel

Review content:
Banner Fuel has serviced many of my household items over the years. My most recent memorable experience with during a stretch of 100+ degree weather. My central air conditioner stopped working and I panicked as at that time I had 2 congestive heart failure special-needs dogs and excess heat would have killed them. Of course, it was toward the end of the day and my frantic calls were handled logically and sanely by the office manager.. .who talked me through problem-searching before I raced down there with the piece of equipment he thought might be dead. It wasn't. With 5 min. left of the working day, he started calling his guys in the field to see if anybody would be willing to work overtime. One service man said he would. He came out, replaced the motor, and both dogs recovered. The serviceman didn't leave here until about 7:30 p.m. I classify that as over and above the call of duty.
