I think your customer service is terrible. I have called or gone to the store and asked questions only to be ignored by the staff person. This has happened more than once and at different store locations. I called one of your stores today and the person put me on hold and never came back. \r

I called another store and asked the person about the items I needed. After I had asked maybe three questions, she put someone else on the phone and I had to begin again! Why couldn't the first person just answer the questions. Or if she couldn't answer why did she not say that and tell me she would get someone else to help. I think it is rediculous to make cusotmers keep asking the same things over and over for no apparent reason other than the sales person doesn't want to help. But that seems to be the same experience I have with Office Depot. \r

It happedned some years ago when I asked a person to check on an item for me. He never came back to tell me what I needed. I saw him doing
