Purchased an entire HVAC system from a local company that recently went bankrupt and like many others I was left out in the cold. After calling Paitsons they agreed to come in and "Unscrew" my existing (Brand new) HVAC doing much of the work at cost to them. The techs that came were considerate and friendly even though I was somewhat apprehensive after just having been bilked out of several thousand dollars by the previous company who installed my system. Both techs were understanding and explained what they had to do in order to get my system to perform correctly. In all I think they were here for a total of ten hours of service time. After having been taken advantage of by the other company I am cautiously optimistic with Paitsons through no fault of their own. It's hard to find a reputable local HVAC service but I think I just found one.
