I had the worst experience possible at this tire center. My husband and I have been using this center for all of our maintenance for about 2 years. However, on my last visit I needed a quote on new brakes. I received a phone call telling me what the cost would be to replace my parts. I asked them to wait for my approval because I needed to discuss this with my husband before giving them the go-ahead. I was also in the middle of a rush at work, so it took me about 2 hours to get back to the Goodyear guys to tell them not to replace my breaks, I wanted to shop around. Well... they had already replaced my brakes and had trashed the old ones. The guy on the phone told me that I was welcome to rummage through the dumpster to find my old breaks, but that he would still charge me for the labor for BOTH services (putting on new brakes when I had NOT requested them AND putting my old brakes back on). I was fuming, absolutely furious, and they did nothing to accommodate me. I will never
