Review content:
Jack's Wholesale installed our windows in the middle of last winter. Our salesperson was very helpful in the decision, and surprisingly easy to get along with. He did not pressure us to buy, and in fact suggested options which saved us money (he said we wouldn't like the grids). \r
\r
The installers were also very nice, and did great work. My dad is an ex-carpenter and he watched the installation of almost all of the windows. They got his praises, so I guess they did a good job. \r
\r
The pricing was also very good as they saved us about forty-percent off of what we had been quoted by other companies - both of which had tried to talk us into signing tonight to get their "great deal."\r
\r
The best part of the purchase so far was our consumer's bill, which is cut in half from what it was with our old wood windows. The only problem we had was that two of the windows came in with ripped screens, but they came back and fixed them within a week. I have referred them to friends and family.
