in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content
creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions,
but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,

I have used Jack's products and worked at the company. The complaints on this site are a joke. The standard agreement that the company uses clearly specifies that the manufacturer is responsible for the product warranty. Would you expect your local car dealer to fix your Chrysler if/when they go out of business? How is Jack's supposed to fix a window that they can't even get parts for? It is unfortunate, but now the company deals mostly from the largest debt-free window manufacturer in the country.\r

"Insider" Pages is also a joke. It is easier to post a "review" than scribble on a bathroom wall. The reports on this site have absolutely nothing to back them up. There aren't even any real names or addresses. If I wanted I could have posted every one of these reviews in a couple hours - and I'm sure that disgruntled former employees and the competition do. \r

Jack's has an A rating for every store at the bbb.com. Try Judysbook.com, or yahoo for some more legitimate reviews.
