Best buy in Florida city is a joke. I bought a computer there and purchased the warranty. The sales man told me if I had a problem they would fix it on site . I told him the computer was not one that we could be without for long . he again assured me that if there was a problem it would be fixed on site. just 2 months later the hard drive failed. I thought ? no problem . I will just take it back and they will take care of it . BULL. The manager told me the computer had to be sent back to the manufacture and it would take several weeks. After a bit of a disagreement and an hour wait. He said ok we?ll fix it here. I thought great ?I win this one ,LOL? again BULL. When I got it back windows media remote did not work (no drivers) and many other problems . in the control panel were it tells you the make and model . it said it was a dell. I purchased a gateway. What the hell. those of you that know about backups know what happend here. . . When I went back to show them what they did.
