I recently purchased the hp with the Quad Core 6GB and had the Geek Squad optimize the System for me, they also transferred the data from my old computer to this system. At the first boot the system crashed, nice work. I returned the system to them with the external hard drive which had the backup of the old system on it, they replaced the computer, but when they tried to transfer the data the external hard drive crashed loosing all of my data, this was not their fault the manager told me hard drives crash all the time he was sorry that I had lost all of my data but there was nothing he could do about it. Go GEEK Squad, my opinion is that these people should go back to the circus and stay away from computers as they obviously lack the technical skills needed to do the job. I would advise anyone purchasing a computer at Best Buy to say away from these idiots
