First off, hard drives DO crash all the time. I wouldn't go insulting someone because of your inability to fix a computer yourself, not to mention to back up all of your stuff the first time like you should have been. Additionally, with your first time system crash, can you believe that your garbage HP computer actually might just be defective from the production line? Holy smokes, it's a revelation!
Go buy a Mac, apparently Windows is too complicated for you to handle. Idiot.

Seriously, there's this wonderful thing called "spellcheck". You should try it some time. "Exsperiance"? Are you for real? Go back to 3rd grade English! Also, stock numbers fluctuate constantly and a computer isn't always going to be correct. Shame on you for not asking them to visibly verify that they had a Playstation before driving there, but shame on them for not offering to check in the first place.
