I TOOK A CELL PHONE IN FOR REPAIR AND THEY SAID I WOULD BE UPDATED BY EMAIL. NEVER HAPPENED! AND WHEN YOU CALL THE BEST BUY IN MURRIETA, IT TAKES FOREVER FOR TO ANSWER THE PHONE! IF THEY ANSWER IT AT ALL!! LOVE THE SALES AND THE MERCHANDISE BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!
