Review content:
Joann Fabrics is one of the only sources for upholstery and drapery supplies in northern Maine. I have used many companies throughout the US and love Calico Corners. I am consistently disappointed at Joann Fabrics. A few times I have had to order items that were not in stock and were in their regular inventory. Joann requires the customer to pay for shipping to the store - not just to the customer. The last order came in 2 lengths from what was ordered with no advance notice and had to be asked to adjust pricing. This store only deals with set policies and not customer focused. It is too bad they are the only game in town.
