Without a doubt one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. Met Lisa Vaccaro and test drove a few used cars on the lot. She could tell that none of the available inventory really satisfied what I was searching for, so she told me that she would be in touch when one she felt matched came in to the dealership. True to her word a previous customer traded his car in for a new Honda and Lisa was in touch with me the very next day. Seeing the car I knew it was a perfect fit. She did not try to up-sell me on anything more than what she knew I was looking for. Visiting five Honda dealerships in the Tampa Bay area during this search I had tired of the high-pressure, fast-talking tactics of the salespeople. Lisa was not at all this way. She was very fair and honest during the whole process. Ultimately, Lisa stayed until nearly 11pm (dealership closed at 9pm) to process my car while I was finalizing financing, help me transfer my stuff out of my truck and then see me off.
