Review content:
Typical bait & switch total waste of time. I called them and spoke to guy name Rodney (Rocky) and asked about carpet cleaning and why i should choose their company he was nice on the phone and convinced me to book an appointment. Over the phone he said they do pre treatment then steam clean and then scotch gard / tyflon and gave a a price i also wanted to get my tile floors cleaned so he said they charge $.49 cents per square foot and can't give me the esitmate as he will have to measure it and I said Ok but I asked will they clean polish and seal the floors and he said yes. So I booked an appointment for next day; they gave me a 3 hour window and I waited for them to show and 30 min before the guy showed up he called me and said he will be there in 30 min, so waited and waited 20 min pass my appintment time i get a call from Rocky that his truck on the way broke down so he can't make it and he is sorry and he will make it up to me and will be there first thing tomorrow morning. Next day a young guy in early 20s show up and try to up sell me on scoth guard protection and that it is included in the price, also mt 2 year old time floors will need restoration and he is not sure that regular cleaning will clean my grouts and he does not have the polish equipment and i really no need to polish my floors. $.49 cents is just regular clean no polish and i really should think about restoration so after 40 min of all tricks in the bag i said no that this is not what i agreed upon and i would not use their service. Total waste of time and no manners no experience typical bait n switch tactics. I will also be writing to better business bueru as this company is a fraud they promise you something else and will not deliver, I am glad i did not use their service.
