As usual, Bob Miller was FANASTIC with the service he delivered to us for our non-working water heater. He drove way, way out of his location to get to us in a timely manner. When he arrived, he did a complete analysis of our problem, and then he offered two or three options for a solution. It's the outstanding service we receive that makes us feel better about paying a few extra dollars for the products Paitson's offers. Thanks again to Bob Miller for outstanding service.
