Wow. I'm shocked at these reviews. We have taken our kitty there twice and was very impressed from start to finish. Everyone from the front desk on was so caring and we were quickly taken back to an examination room where Stormy was checked by a tech before the Vet came in to see her. Pricey, perhaps, but everyone I know with pets complain about the medical costs where ever they go. We were pleased with the cleanliness, speed of being seen and the gentleness of all the staff. Medical care is expensive whether you're two legged or four legged. They do give a detailed report of recommended treatment and what the treatment will cost.
