In the beginning I couldn't say enough good things, that was 15 yrs ago, and a few pets. I just got a new golden doodles and after a year of fighting an ear infection I decide to take her to a specialist. Their reply was "oh they will definately find out what's wrong with her". Couldn't have told me that a year ago huh? My wife and I ended up taking her to Canobie Animal Hospital, where come to find out they had been fighting a yeast infection and it was actually a bacterial infection. They staff at Handle seemed to push stuff on you aggressively. Something has changed there and not for the better. My dog is one of my own and after receiving the unbelievable caring service at Canobie Lake Animal Hospital, I feel bad that I put her through that. If I wouldn't go someplace, I will not take my dog and Handle with Care is a lackadaisical clinic. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO HANDLE WITH CARE. Wish I could give them negative stars.
