I don't think it can get any better than Southern Dermatology, the doctors, staff and many services offered.are awesome. I have been going to Southern Dermatology for over 5 years. Dr Briley is my first and only attending dermatologist. Not knowing where to go and fairly new to NC, they were my first choice when I knew I probably had a skin cancer on my back. It was cancerous and I have had many treatments since for actinic keratosis, precancerous lesions. Because of the traveling distance I have attempted to find a good doctor who would be closer to no avail. I didn't find anyone whom listened or would/could follow the treatment plan Dr Briley was following and I preferred given the alternatives. Long story shorter, I went back to Southern Dermatology and Dr Briley, never to stray again. I just don't think there is any better place to go. The doctors, staff and service is awesome. Most of all, through out my continuing treatment, Dr Briley always lays out my options and I along with her input make the decision as to what treatment to pursue. That is not the case with most doctors.
