Review content:
One of the main reasons we continue to use T Webber is because of the excellent customer service. It is rare to find a trades company that returns calls, lets you know when they will be arriving or when issues arise that delay them. Ananda embodies all the great things that come to mind when you think of customer service - caring, professional and transparent. She called us over the weekend and even followed up after office hours to make sure we knew the status of our situation and when the technician would arrive. It is a pleasure to work with Ananda - she does what she says she will do and while I cannot see her I can tell she approaches her job with a smile on her face.
