Chris, along with his helper Rob, cleaned my furnace and after examining it found cracks in the heat exchanger. I realized my life could have been at stake with potential carbon monoxide poisoning. They were very courteous and thoroughly and explained my options. After deciding to purchase a new one, the installers, Andy and Brad, went above and beyond the call of duty in installing my furnace. They found a big birds nest in my dryer line and cleaned it out. I was so grateful and am now enjoying my new furnace. Thanks guys for a wonderful job!
