Traveled 3 hours to get what I thought was a deal on a used car. Was told no issues with car to find out it was in one accident when asked for carfax. Honest mistake? Or so I thought. Got it home and took to authorized GM dealer to find several things wrong. Ogden would pay for about 1/3 only or I could drive 3 hours each way to fix issues under warranty that they tried to hide. They had me over the barrel and knew it. Found more wrong and then asked if I could just return. Was told no and they wouldnt fix anything or pay to get it fixed until it broke. Then they wouldn't return phone calls. It's obvious Tim knew all the issues (I didn't as I'm not a mechanic) and was just trying to pedal the car like a true car salesman. Now a few months later I've spent over $3,000 (on a car I bought for just over $8000) and haven't tackled a transmission issue yet. Being a repair center they should have known as my dealer found easily but they were peddling. BUYER BEWARE THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL. No fixing until it breaks on the highway leaving you stranded ... really?
