Excellent experience from the moment we were contacted. Matt Chrans did a great job, and was frank and polite whenever we interacted, which was a pleasant switch from prior experience with another dealership. My husband and I both felt that we were being helped to buy a car rather than "sold" a vehicle. We appreciated the assistance provided by Stephanie Brei, since this was the first time we had ever dealt with financing and bank loans and were impressed with the level of service provided when we explained exacty what we could afford. We never felt pressured, and are very happy with our purchase.
