Super Service by a highly competent representative who was timely (called to say en route, when he would arrive, and did so), extremely cordial, and neat (used booties to cover his shoes). The representative provided clear and concise explanation of what was wrong (bad shower value)and indicators of failing device (pressure valve), and followed up with precise repairs and clean-up. Bottom line: The rep's competence, friendly and respectful demeanor, and highly quality work made the experience easy and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend Modern Mechanical and their great team.
