I recently had my AC system serviced by a young man named Marcus Gendale He was extremely polite and professional when he arrived and after about 20 minutes of talking and walking around my home Marcus made me feel very comfortable and that i was in good hands. He had than explained to me what he would be doing today and how long he would be there, than got to work, i poked out to see what he was doing from time to time and watching him work shows he knows what hes doing and is confident in what he is doing. I have had many tune ups in the past and never have i felt like i was taken care of until Marcus came out to my home. He was by far the most compassionate, caring and knowledgeable technician i have had in my home and service champions is lucky to have him.
