I have had nothing but poor experiences from this office- from the doctor, to the receptionist, to the ladies in the billing department. Not only have I been treated rudely and dismissed, but I have been misdiagnosed. The doctor diagnosed me with a severe illness, when I went to get a second opinion they were baffled about what I had been told. Turns out I had a minor less that was easily and quickly treated. I mentioned this to my friend who had gone to this office. He decided to get a second opinion after hearing about my dilemma. He also was misdiagnosed after being on medication for several months, which he was told he would have to take for years. After seeing another physician and being referrered to the right professionals, he was diagnosed and treated properly. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
