I bought a car from this dealership from out of state. The sales guy told me IN WRITING that the car was in EXCELLENT condition. I asked specifically to please tell me all of the imperfections of the car since I am buying sight unseen and I am solely relying on him to tell me about the car. When the car showed up at my house, excellent condition was not the case. Both rear door panels have hole punctures in them - from what, I have no idea. Also, the right door panel looks like it was previously fixed and now the "fix" is failing. There is a pretty big door ding on the rear door panel above the tire well; this was not disclosed either. The driver seatbelt is twisted to the point where the seat belt needs to be removed from the insert of the car and twisted back around to be correct. Does this sound like an excellent condition car? No it is not. And are they taking any responsibility for the things that I have pointed out to them that I have in writing stating that the car is in excellent condition, NO they have not.
