Review content:
I went in to purchase to purchase a pre-owned vehicle to replace my previously owned Honda. Transaction had a couple of snags...\r I had to request the internet price on the vehicle. It wasn't offered \r to me UP front.(I had researched the vehicle). Contract incorrectly listing my previous mileage on my trade-in with the customer number not the actual mileage. A BIG item was the XM radio. XM ready doesn't mean XM capable. Neither the salesman or the service manager explained it to me correctly. I was told wrong. All you have to do\r is call XM and give the VIN number and your service would be transferred....NO SO!!! You still have to have a XM unit installed.\r I had to have Best Buy come and remove my old unit from my trade-in. This wasn't a easy buying experience.
