Review content:
This was the second time that I hired Craig Van Lines. The first experience had been excellent. It had been a very very good moving experience. They had also moved my mother around the same time, and I had been pleased with that job as well, which is why I hired them again.
This latest time I had asked that they pack my things in addition to moving them. The supervisor who did the consultation and gave me the estimate saw that I had a large amount to move, and I think he should have prepared more people for the job. They said they would pack Friday and move Sunday. Only two guys came to pack. One of the guys was very good. The other guy that came showed up late, and left early. They weren't even half way done packing by the end of Friday. The driver, and his aid had to finish the packing on Saturday, in addition to the drive. They were both very nice and worked very hard. They were also able to get the delivery done, but it was very difficult. Everything got to my new home safe and sound. I am still unpacking, but I have not found any damage yet.
