Home Depot recommended Doc's to me. My Maytag washer [less than 3 yrs. old] no longer moved to the rinse/spin cycle. My service date was timely and the technician was prompt, courteous, explained each step he took to determine the repair need and efficiently completed the repair. A sensor needed to be replaced. I did not have the extended warranty which left me with a cost more than half of the original cost of the machine. I believe the cost was fair however I no longer believe Maytag to be the best. My previous washer was Sears Brand and lasted over 16 yrs. I already have recommended Doc's to friends and will also to the new owners of my home in the near future.
