His work is slip shod and he constantly takes short cuts I Hired him to install new Vinyl siding, all new aluminum trim, stucco work, and a sidewalk. So far it has cost me several thousand dollars to finish the work he failed to do and to repair a lot of the work he did. Fortunately, he stalled the stucco and sidewalk work installation until it was 3 months overdue. At which point I asked for my deposit money back. He returned all but $100.00. He has promised " I will be back next week to return your money and finish and repair the work" I heard this song a minimum of 36 times in person and on the phone.. Next week never comes. As it looks now I will also need to replace all of the window trim because he never cut & fitted the aluminum properly and was trying to fill half to one inch gaps with caulking. I was also told it was not the greatest grade of aluminum either. When I questioned him about the caulking every week. he stopped doing it altogether. Leaving about 95% of the trim not sealed. Every sill has collapsed and pulled away from the wall causing leaks behind the siding. I have had to repair loose siding and several have slipped. I have also been told the so called insulation he put behind the siding is a useless waste of money unless the whole house was wrapped in it first and all the seems sealed. He just shoved small pieces behind the panels. Every time I take a close look at the work I find more problems.
I am writing this to prevent another trusting home owner like myself from being taken advantage of. Do Not Use This Company.
