Review content:
I've had two experiences with this clinic. The first was when I brought my 12 1/2 year old shepard there at about 7 a.m. in the morning. I knew he was dying and did not want to wait until 8 a.m. when my vet would be open. We got there and they wanted $500.00 right up front just to look at him. We finally got to see a vet at 9 a.m. (I should have waited for my vet to open) When they saw he they told us he had cancer and they wanted to operate because ""he had a long life to live"". They just wanted the money. Our vet finally called and talked my husband into putting him to sleep. They just want the money they don't care about the pets.\r
\r
A few years later my neighbors dog got hit by a car. I went with them to the vet and they soaked them for $2,000.00 before telling them he should be put to sleep. \r

This year my other dog died and I went to the Rocky Hill Emergency Vet at 4:00 Sunday morning. They were wonderful. When I walked in I handed them my credit card and they said ""We don't need it just yet"". SO IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY GO TO THE EMERGENCY VET IN ROCKY HILL. THEY ARE WONDERFUL. SAID AWAY FROM THIS WEST HARTFORD EMERGENCY VET.
Cons: Greedy, doesn't care about animals only money
