My son had a horrible experience here. At the time he was attending the four year old class and the facility had a high turnover rate. That should have been my first clue to withdraw him from the facility. \r

As it turned out my son had a terrible accident because of the negligence of a provider. On top of that the facility did not even bother to call my husband or I when the accident occurred because it was "too close to the time that the child would be picked up." \r

My question is how could anyone decide that they shouldn't call a parent when the child was bleeding? This is not the policy of any childcare facility in TN. Needless to say my child did not go back to this facility after that day. I was then contacted and asked why my child did not attend. Can you believe that? \r

I just feel sorry for the children who go here and have to be neglected. If I were a parent reading this, I would definitely seek other childcare options around that area. There are several other faciliti
