Review content:
I was introduced to H&I by a friend of mine and brought in my Chevy Equinox for some A/C repair and scheduled maintenance items. Not long after dropping off my vehicle Chris called me and let me know the A/C system was fine, just that somehow the A/C button on the control knob was turned off. While I felt like a complete idiot Chris was very professional. I think there are probably quite a few places that would have capitalized on my stupidity but not H&I, instilling the trust I have for them now.
I recently took in my wife's Volvo XC90 for some work and after looking it over Chris called me with a fairly substantial list of things needed (not surprising, it's a 2007). Chris took the time to recommend a few things that needed immediate attention, as I couldn't afford all the work to be done at once, and we went from there.
I'll continue to drop my vehicles off here for maintenance and repair until my daily commutes involve a jet pack. Even then I'm sure they'll be certified techs for those as well.
