The experience with Superior Moving was a great one for us. The salesman that came out was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He worked with us to get us the best price for our move, he was very detail oriented and took the time to explain the whole process. The packers that came out did an excellent job - not one thing was broken or damaged when we unpacked the boxes. Finally, our move was originally scheduled to pack on a Wednesday, load on Thursday, and unload on Friday (we were just moving a short distance, but there were multiple floors to deal with that potentially could have taken a long time for loading the truck). On the day they loaded, it looked like they were going to finish around lunch, so we asked if we could unload that same day. Everyone at Superior scrambled and rearranged their schedule to unload that same afternoon; we have two toddlers under three, and not having to take them to a hotel for the night was a HUGE convenience and seriously appreciated. Would totally recommend these guys for moving and packing services. I have nothing but good things to say regarding Superior Moving & Storage.
