This company is FANTASTIC! We were panicked with an estimate from ""Company A"" to the tune of $6,500 for excavation. We called Roto-Rooter for a second estimate and what a difference! Both companies used a camera and sensor, but their diagnosis was VERY different. Roto-Rooter solved the problem without creating a major overhaul of our storm drains, pipes and yard. They jetted the lines, re-camera'd the pipes and continued all the way around the house. No major issues found!!! The guys were so considerate and respectful and talked me through the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend them for ANY plumbing job as I am confident they do the job, rather than gauge the client.
