I had the inconvenience of having three drains back up within the past week. I called Friday and scheduled a plumber for Sunday afternoon. Donovan showed up during his specified window and did not hesitate to jump right in and access my plumbing situation. A few hours later everything was fixed and working perfectly. I have to recommend Roto-Rooter for having an exceptional employee who was efficient, professional and just an all around nice guy. I will not hesitate to call them again when I have any plumbing issues. Thank you!
