Review content:
The technician sent to do my back flow test was on the telephone the entire time receiving instruction on how to do the test. I was told that there was no back flow but the pressure was not reading properly. I had the entire valve replaced when it was not even necessary. The price was unreasonable and when I inquired about someone coming out to do the retest, I was told that it would cost me the same.
