We dropped our contract with another window company when the saleslady said that weather-tite had a 3 week turnaround. That was better than 6 weeks stated by the other company. It has now been six weeks since we ordered the windows, and there has been one excuse after another as to why they aren't in yet. They set a date of August 8th after we complained that it had been over 3 weeks since we had ordered the windows. Then they didn't show or bother to call. When we called to complain, they said they would definitely be here on the 19th or early on the 20th, depending on when the truck arrived. Today they called and said the windows wouldn't be in until the 26th or the 27th. Shoddy business tactics. I just hope, since they won't give me my down payment back, the windows are half way decent. next time I will go with a company who knows how to tell the truth.
