They quoted me 75$ on the phone the price doubles when they came to my home to $155 I decided to just get the carpets done and not waste more time finding another company. This seems to be a common scam of theirs. They saturated my carpet with chemicals it was wet for 3 days and has horrible chemical mildew wet towel smell. I can not be in the room or home without having every window and door open -with fans on. It's made me have a headache become extremely nauseous. The carpet was cleaned on sat August 8th from 8am-9am it is now August 17th I'm having to replace all my carpeting the installer said the carpet is STILL WET under my dresser. CHEM DRY is supposed to use 80% less water be dry 1-3 hours whatever they did ruined my carpet created mold possibly (paying for testing on cArpet for court thru mold testing lab) horrible odor n made the carpet look as if it has water damage according to new carpet installer. On top of all this the owner refuses to refund my money he's extremely aggressive on the phone. He lied to me many times. I spoke w the same gentleman all week who said he would send his son over and called himself the owner. After I started asking for a refund n him to fix the carpet he started telling me he wasn't owner when I pressed for the owners name he finally told me Gary I said well I thought that was your name he lied and said "there's two Gary's" there is not two Gary's there's one Gary who answers the phone and is perpetuating fraud on many unhappy customers check online reviews out- they've had many problems in the last months. When I brought this to his attention he told me "I fired those employees they are gone" but yet he told my mom that employees worked there 17yrs. I can tell he uses this lie to others because on yelp another lady attributes bad reviews to "lazy employees" do not believe the lies. This is father son company- something has gone wrong and they are obviously not fixing it or taking credit for it the customer reviews prove this. They are continuing to ruin people's carpets and it is not right!! I had to pay 1000$ for new carpet I believe he should pay for this or half. Instead he refuses to even refund me my original $155 lies and is evading the situation - never ever use this company. Also their tech was extremely rude and insulting when I complained worst customer service I have EVER EXPERIENCED Horrible! These guys should be out of business I will never again use a company without checking reviews .
