This place is a waste of your money. Do not get your hair braided here. I got my hair done by Grace who's work holds no value. My hair started to fall out 3 days later after I got it braided. I even contacted them to get a refund and they tried to scam me of my money. I even went as far as taking them to court because they lied to my bank when I filed a dispute. Save your time and money and do not come here. After my hair began to fall out I got it done over at another African braid shop and they were disgusted at her work. They offer no refunds and do not hold an ounce of professionalism. I will not recommend them to anyone and would be gladly to advise all my friends and family and their friends to never go there. If they were smart enough, they would cater to their customers instead of losing money based off of negative experiences. If I could rate them they would get zero stars.
